1- Where’s my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the email to get to you. Please check your spam folder just in case you didn’t hear back from us.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped from Karachi and transit times are between 3 to 7 business days.

If at any point we haven’t gotten back to you please email us with your order number at [email protected].

2- This is not what I ordered. What should I do next?

If your order contains any product of the wrong design, quantity, or has defects, please fill out the contact form here and we will sort it out for you. Just tell us details like your order number and details about why your product seems off.

3- My order has gone missing, what should I do?

Once you place an order you should receive a confirmation email on your order and another email once your product(s) leave our warehouse and are on the way to your designated address. If a couple of days have passed and you didn’t hear from us at all, fill the form here. We will put day and night to ensure your products reach out to you within 3 to 7 business days.

4- Do I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all monthly subscription packs and all orders over PKR 3000.

If your order is less than PKR 3000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 180 will be charged based on weight and size.

5- Is international shipping available?

Currently, we are only shipping within Pakistan. However we are working in full swing to cater to international orders. Follow us on our facebook and instagram page for frequent updates.

6- How do I cancel or make changes to my order?

In case you changed your mind about your recent purchase on our website or want to change the delivery address or feel that you want to order something else instead, please submit a request by filling the form here within 12 hours of placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped.

1- What is your returns policy?

Feel like returning your order? Refunds are only applicable if the product is in its original packaging and has not been worn within the first 7 days from purchase.

A complete refund will be provided minus the shipping costs for any products purchased through our website. For refunds to be processed, please attach the online order invoice or the packaging slip and mention the items you’d like to return when you ship the products at our facility.

Need to exchange your choice of products? Product exchanges are only applicable if the product is in its original packaging and has not been worn within the first 7 days from purchase.

For exchanges to be processed, please attach the online order invoice or the packaging slip and mention the items you’d like to exchange when you ship the products at our facility. For all exchanges, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping charges, but we’ll cover the shipping costs for the new items sent to you.

1- What material is used to make MOJOMAN socks?

All socks are made from 78% Organic Combed Cotton, 18% Nylon and 4% Spandex.

Men’s socks fit men’s shoe sizes 7 – 11 (UK Size)

3- Will MOJOMAN make socks for women?

YAS! We are working on women’s only line. MOJOMAN for Her will hit our e-store next year.

Women who love wearing crew socks and are sized 6-9 (UK shoe size) can definitely pull the existing collection off – with style.

4- A particular design I love is out of stock. Will it be back soon?

Once a style is sold out it is gone for good. Popular styles sometimes make reappearances in future collections so check back every so often. Alternatively follow us on facebook and instagram for updates.

5- How do I wash my MOJOMAN socks?

The best way to get rid of that dirt is to hand wash and air dry these socks. Alternately, you can give a warm wash in the machine and use non chlorine bleach. For them to last longer, please avoid the tumble dryer.

1- How do I cancel my monthly subscription pack?

You can cancel your subscription any time you like. Just email us at [email protected] and we will take care of the rest.

2- Do I get to choose my MOJOMAN socks in my monthly subscription pack?

Absolutely not! The whole point of a subscription based service is to surprise you every time you receive a pack from us. We call this mutually shared excitement.

While we are still trying to figure out our payment process, we are currently offering Cash on Delivery (CoD) services all across Pakistan. Our shipping partners are quite pro at their delivery game so you won’t miss us at your doorstep.

2- How do I receive updates on latest collections and also get a chance to receive monthly discount vouchers?

It’s simple! Just go to our homepage and all the way down you will see a Sign Up banner. Just send us your name and email address and we will keep you hooked on to our emails. And don’t worry, we dislike spamming too. Nevertheless, we are quite generous so we will be sending away discount vouchers quite often.
